  • 18 years or older

  • Must have previous experience in care or support work (minimum 6 months preferred)

  • Must be willing to complete a DBS check (or provide a recent one)

  • Must have up‑to‑date mandatory training (or be willing to complete it)

  • Must have good communication skills and a caring, professional attitude

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

  • Must be able to work various shifts (days, nights, weekends depending on availability)

  • Must have access to transport if applying for community or domiciliary roles

  • Must be willing to follow agency policies, compliance standards, and safeguarding procedures

  • You are diligent, compassionate, and possess a strong grasp of the English language

  • Your spoken and written English skills are easily comprehensible
